Yes, we do service and sell parts for these projectors. As for service, we charge a flat rate as listed below which includes: parts, labor and return shipping (extra shipping outside of the US mainland).This rate does not include any glass replacement or main motor replacement. Our repairs come with a 6 month warranty. To send your projector in for repair, in most cases UPS will be cheaper than the post office. Please pack it with 2” of padding on all sides and include a check for the appropriate amount or a Visa or MasterCard number.

The #1 maintenance issue with these projectors is that the projector will no longer advance from the buttons on the side or from the remote.  This situation is caused by a broken celenoid link.  If you have a GOOD mechanical aptitude, you may be able to accomplish this repair on your own.

You can order the parts from HERE and we have the manuals online for downloading free from HERE. When replacing the link and rivet, you should also order the 2 focus gears FM-GEAR and 167348 as they will break when trying to attempt this repair.  If you have a lower end model that does not have remote or auto focus, you will not have these gears. You will find it easier to replace the link and rivet with these gears off, so break them off before you start the repair then replace them AFTER you have the link and rivet replaced.  The two gears are the salmon colored gears shown in the picture to the left.
